Khalifrex will never ask you for your password, a one-time verification code, or your full card details by email, chat, or phone. If someone contacts you claiming to be Khalifrex support and asks for this information, it isn't us — do not share it.
Common Warning Signs
- Emails or messages urging immediate action, threatening account suspension, or offering unexpected refunds.
- Links that don't lead to a khalifrex.com or sell.khalifrex.com address.
- Requests to continue a conversation outside Khalifrex chat or messaging.
- Sellers or "support agents" asking to be paid outside of checkout.
How to Report It
From Your Account › Customer Service, choose Report suspicious activity and describe what you received. If you believe your account itself was accessed without permission, also update your password immediately from Login & Security.
