Track Your Package

You can track any package from Your Orders. Open the order and select an item to see its current status and, where available, the carrier and tracking number.

What the Statuses Mean

  • Pending. The seller is preparing your order for shipment.
  • Arriving.Your package has shipped and is on its way. We show an estimated delivery window based on the seller's handling time and the carrier's transit time.
  • Delayed. Your package is still in transit but has passed its original estimated delivery date. We keep watching for carrier updates and will mark it delivered as soon as we can confirm it, or automatically finalize the order once enough time has passed with no tracking update.
  • Delivered. The carrier has confirmed delivery, or enough time has passed since the estimated delivery date that we consider the order delivered. This starts your return window.
  • Undeliverable. The carrier could not deliver the package and it is being returned to the seller. Once we receive it, we will automatically issue you a refund.

If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check around your delivery location and with others at your address first — many "missing" packages turn up within a day. If it still hasn't turned up, see A-to-z Guarantee claims.
