You can request the permanent closure of your Khalifrex account and the deletion of your personal information. Before you submit a request, please read What Happens When I Close My Account? — closure is permanent and your order history, invoices, and other account data will no longer be accessible to you.
How to Request Closure
Email privacy@khalifrex.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Account Closure Request". We will verify your identity before processing the request, and we may decline or delay closure while there are open orders, pending returns, refunds, or unresolved disputes on your account.
Data Retention
When your account is closed, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except that Khalifrex is legally required to retain some data, such as order and transaction records, in line with applicable laws, including for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes.
